Our recent stat at ESJ Towers in unit 870 was great! The location and amenitites were really good. All the staff there was very friendly and helpful, with one exception. When we arrived there, our unit was being worked on and the since we booked through Regal Caribbean and not directly through ESJ, they front desk told us they could not help us at all. I understood that, but they could have been a little hospitable as we were standing in the lobby with all our luggage and no place to go. But, Gilda got back to me within minutes and we were able to get into our room shortly after.
We enjoyed our stay at ESJ Towers in unit 1472. Gilda was very helpful as well as the staff at ESJ. Our apartment accomodated a total of five of us. The view was great and I would highly recommend using this site for anyone traveling to Puerto Rico. The only problems we had were there were no washcloths but this was an easy fix. The condo is located near a local supermarket and Walgreens so we were able to pick up the items that we needed. The paypal payment option was very easy to do and check in went very smoothly. I would definitely stay here again.
We just spent Spring Break in Puerto RIco and all i can do is say THANK YOU. Gilda was GReat and the Staff was beyond helpful. The our studio was a little small for 6 people but we only sleep and took baths there so it worked out great. I plan on going back and staying with ESJ Towers. There was plenty to do with-in walking distance.
Our 2009 Christmas vacation at the ESJ tower was DIVINE! We are from Puerto Rico and decided to rent a beach front condo to enjoy the beach while visiting our family. It was a treat for us that did not dissapoint. The facilities were very well maintained. The security of the ESJ tower was very good. The staff was very friendly. Walking on the beach every day and looking at the blue sky was a dream come true. The beach view from the balcony was relaxing. Supermarket and restaurants were walking distance. Thanks for the opportunity. Looking forward for another treat in the future...
We very much enjoyed our stay at the ESJ. Gilda made the reservation process quite simple. The room was large, clean, well laid out and appointed, the facilities excellent and everything went well. The view was terrific-if, like my wife, views of the water are the most important thing in the world. Renting a condo is a far better value than staying at a hotel, especially when you consider parking, and now, over and above everything else, some charge a 14% "resort fee" for towels and pool access.
If/when we come back,we will definitely stay there again.

We go back every year, we love the accomodations, my special treat is the beach and my husband's is the gym. The kitchen in the apartments allow us to have some food at hand for when we want it, specially a nice cup of coffee in the morning. I'm always promotioning vacations to Puerto Rico to all my friends and to everyone I know. Of course to stay at the ESJ, trust me, if I wasnt' completly satisfied I'll not do that. Paying through Pay Pay was nice and easy, as well as getting my deposit refund.

We had a great time listening to the waves and looking at the magnificent view of the apartment. The apartment was more than comfortable and we are already looking forward to our next visit. Renting Chana Cohen's property was great. The apartment was very clean, comfortably furnished and very spacious. She was welcoming and made us feel very much at home . We appreciated the upgrade that made this vacation so memorable for my husband and I.
Had a great time and loved the people at ESJ. Very helpful with any request and the location is perfect. Good eating, gambling, and diving within 15 minutes. Probably a better beach view than the $500 a night rooms in the hotel next door.
