Could I stay at a residential Condo in Isla Verde?

 

ESJ Towers is a Condo/Hotel and the only property in Isla Verde where short-term rentals for condo units are guaranteed.  Basically, all the residential Condos in San Juan have formally done away with rentals for less than a 6-month period.  Although you may find some management companies that continue to rent these apartments short-term, you could face major problems that may affect your vacations or your business travel.  Thus, we strongly recommend that you stay in the only property, which is intended for Short Term rentals and therefore provides numerous services (e.g., Room Service, Concierge, 24hr Front Desk) and amenities (e.g., Business Center, High Speed Wireless Internet, Gym, Olympic pool) of a hospitality property at very economical rates.  Additionally, we are in full compliance of all statutory requirements as it relates to taxes and insurance, to ensure that you have a safe and enjoyable stay.  Back to the top  

Is your property located near the Beach?

 

ESJ Towers is located Beachfront at one of the most recognized and beautiful beaches in Puerto Rico.  You will enjoy a gorgeous view of the beach from our suite, which also has a balcony.  Back to the top 

Are there Restaurants and Nightlife close-by?

 

Our property is located in Isla Verde, which has numerous restaurants, and other prestigious Hotels walking distance.  Thus, you will find excellent dining and entertainment including Casinos without having to drive or worry about being able to find and pay for a taxi.  Hence, you can fully enjoy your evening without having to be concerned about transportation.  Back to the top

Are there any differences between booking this through you and the hotel directly - services sacrificed, etc?

The difference between booking this through us is we offer lower rates than the hotel because our properties are privately owned. The only service sacrificed is daily cleaning of the unit. Daily cleaning is available when booking through us but you have to pay $19.00 per cleaning to the hotel.   Back to the top

Does this room face the ocean and on what floor?

 

The room faces the ocean and is on the 16th floor with a spectacular ocean view! Back to the top

Does the room face West or east?

When do you charge the $200 deposit?

The $200.00 is charged when the reservation is processed.  It will be reimbursed no later than 10 business days after the check-out date.  Back to the top

How do I check-in to your Suite?

You do the check-in process through the hotel at the front desk.  At this time you will get access cards to the hotel pool, fitness center and the beach.  You will also get a voucher for free underground assigned parking.  If you want room service or charge drinks to your room, you will need to present a credit card during the check-in process.  To get access to our condo no key is required; we will send you the code for the lock pad.  Back to the top

Will I have something to bring to the hotel for check-in?

The only thing you have to bring to the hotel for check-in is the access code to enter the room. We will provide this code to you after receipt of your total lodging costs. Back to the top

What does the Condo include?

The condo includes full size refrigerator, stove, microwave oven, kitchen utensils, 2 full size beds, linens and, towels. It also includes use of all hotel amenities like pool, jacuzzi, fitness room, sauna, pool tables, business center and direct access to the beach. Back to the top

Is there maid service and are toiletries and linens provided?

Maid service is available at $30.00 per each service requested.  These services are payable directly to ESJ Towers.  Linens and kitchen utensils are provided as well as basic toiletries such as soap, toilet paper and dishwashing soap.  Back to the top

Does it include parking?

Do you accept credit card payments?

Yes, we accept credit card payments through Paypal, a secure online payment processing website.  A 3% transaction fee applies.  Back to the top

When staying at the ESJ Towers if it's better to rent car or to take taxis and public transportation?

Unless you plan on visiting tourist sites on the island a car is not needed. ESJ Towers is walking distance to other popular hotels in Isla Verde, and there are lots of restaurants in the area. You can take the public bus to Old San Juan during the day; it stops in front of the property. If you're going out to party to Old San Juan at night, I highly recommend a TAXI. A taxi to get there would cost around $16.  If you want to explore the island, rent a car for the day. In front of the ESJ Tower in Isla Verde Avenue, you will find Charlie’s Rental and AVIS.  Back to the top

Any recommendations for golf courses?

There are some great golf courses in the island. Check out the ones in Dorado or the new resort developed by Chi Chi in Guayama, El Legado Golf Resort. Also, Coco Beach Golf and Country Club in Río Grande.  Back to the top

How can I find information on good shows or concerts and where can I purchase the tickets?

Most  major hotels in Isla Verde (Intercontinental, San Juan, Ritz, Hyatt) offer cabaret  shows. You do
not need to be  staying at the  hotel to purchase tickets.  For information about  other upcoming shows,
